Scott Tietz, CLU
Scott Tietz is the CEO of Partners Advantage. He joined the insurance industry in 1982 and opened Partners Advantage Insurance Services in 1993. Prior to the formation of Partners Advantage, he worked as an agent, sales manager, home office regional, and general manager. Serving at the helm of the company, he helped develop it into one of the most successful independent marketing organizations in the country. Partners Advantage offers a comprehensive platform for insurance professionals to grow their businesses and agencies.
He recently published a book entitled: Mergers & Acquisitions 101: What All Independent Marketing Organizations Need to Consider to Survive and Thrive in Today’s Changing Business Landscape. In the past five years, he has directed six mergers and acquisitions for Partners Advantage Insurance Services.
James Wong - President
James took the reins as President of Partners Advantage in 2013 and leads the management of the overall company and its divisions. In 2006, he merged his own successful insurance marketing organization with Partners Advantage. Since that time he has served in several senior management roles for the company. Prior to moving into the role as president, James served as senior vice president and led the company’s Platinum Partners division to become one of the fastest growing divisions of the company.
Charlie Gipple - Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Charlie manage all sales, marketing, recruiting, agent training and sales support activities across all company segments. He is laser-focused on achieving the company’s aggressive growth targets and ensuring its robust resources are maximized by agencies. He is well recognized in the annuity and life insurance industry as a speaker and has extensive experience with index products, financial markets, financial legislation, behavioral finance and the positioning of insurance products.
Chris Griffith - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chris leads all financial and planning activities for the company. He has a passion for helping financial professionals, retail sales agencies, and national marketing organizations increase efficiencies, grow sales and drive profitability. His areas of experience include wholesaling, establishing institutional distribution, managing finance and operational teams and driving sales. He has more than a decade of experience leading independent marketing organizations.
Ron Shah - Vice President of Technology
Ron started his tenure with Partners Advantage in 2009 as its director of information technology. His role expanded to vice president of operations and technology as his leadership role become instrumental in helping the company accelerate innovation in both technology and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Partners Advantage, Ron worked in production and operations management at manufacturing and service companies.
